OK, now how do I get the LBTC in my Green wallet into SideSwap so I can swap them back to BTC?
Just transfer from Green to SideSwap and then use Peg-Out

Well up to you to use it. But L-BTC is provably backed 1:1 by mainchain BTC and the idea is to only hold it for an interim period before moving on-chain back to mainchain BTC to open more channels or use BTC otherwise.
